Carlsberg Ukraine is part of Carlsberg Group, one of the leading brewing groups in the world with a large portfolio of beer and other beverage brands.

New office was implemented in partnership with CCG Development.

History of cooperation began almost six months ago. We qualified for compliance with all requirements of an international company, analyzed projects that were developed almost two years ago and needed changes, as Covid-19 made adjustments to the work of the office.

Estimates, online and offline meetings with Carlsberg Ukraine engineers, tender procedures, winning of the tender and direct implementation of the project.

We almost missed tender requirements, medical fluorography for all project participants (one of the unusual requirements, but now we are sure that everything is ok with our whole team).

Among the features of the project, it can be noted that the decision to re-plan the office and change the project was made a month after the start of construction work, but for us there are no impossible tasks – we completed it.

Of course, difficulties and obstacles awaited the team due to blackouts, air alarms (read: aggression of the Russian Federation).

The implementation period was fulfilled according to the contract, even considering the fact that during the alarm the work of the plant and the office stops, because everyone goes to the shelter.
*for 2 months of implementation, total number of alarms was 1 working week.

Customers helped us in making decisions and took an active interest in the construction process, and also treated our office with lemonade.

It was clear that the customers themselves were interested, they came to the construction site more often than it usually happens
