Requirements:

At least 3 years of work experience.
Higher education.
Experience in creating or developing a functional procurement team.
Experience in implementing logistics processes in the company.
Experience in developing an action plan and the development of the procurement department, as well as forming performance indicators for the department.
Experience in preparing and conducting tender procedures.
Proficient in Word, Excel, 1C, Outlook, AVC, AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:

Form and manage the systematic direction of procurement in the company (general construction materials, finishing materials, decor).
Form and adjust the effectiveness control system of the direction in accordance with the company’s strategic tasks.
Participate in the creation and implementation of cross-functional processes.
Head or participate in teams for the implementation of change and development projects in the company.

Estimator (Decorative Works)

Estimator (Decorative Works)

Our candidate:

Has a higher education and at least 3 years of work experience.
Familiar with regulatory frameworks (DBN, DSTU).
Proficient in PC usage, knowledgeable in programs such as AVC, AutoCAD, Excel.
Familiar with the development and design of project and estimate documentation, especially commercial.
Knowledgeable about construction technologies and in repair and decorative works.
Possesses analytical thinking, attentiveness, and the ability to work quickly with a large amount of information.

Responsibilities:

Compilation of commercial estimates and estimates in the AVC software for repair and decorative works and internal engineering networks (ETR, VK).
Determination of the scope of work according to the project, analysis of project documentation.
Organization of acts of completed works.
Formation of sets of works with the necessary materials for the compilation of commercial estimates.

Interior Designer for Commercial Real Estate

Responsibilities:

Development of conceptual architectural and planning solutions for commercial real estate.
Sketching using 3D modeling programs in conjunction with other graphic programs.
Development of photo-realistic visualizations in relevant programs.
Selection of materials, understanding their cost and technological features of installation.
Modeling individual designer solutions and technical tasks for their production, taking into account the technological and economic features of materials.
Participation in meetings with clients during project implementation, coordination of decisions with clients.
